📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Design and deliver engaging art and design workshops for students aged 8-18.
• Create lesson plans and curricula using industry-standard tools like Procreate, Adobe Creative Suite, and other relevant software.
• Inspire and mentor students to develop their creative skills and confidence.
• Collaborate with the club's team to organize and execute extracurricular activities and events.
• Provide constructive feedback to students to help them improve their work.
• Stay updated with the latest trends and techniques in art and design to enrich the learning experience.
• Assist in the administration of the club, including managing student records and coordinating with parents and guardians.
• Promote the club's values and mission to create a positive and inclusive learning environment.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Fine Arts, Graphic Design, or a related field.
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in teaching art or design to students of various ages.
• Proficiency in using art and design software such as Procreate, Adobe Creative Suite, and other relevant tools.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills to connect with students and parents.
• Ability to create engaging and age-appropriate lesson plans and activities.
• Passion for art and education, with a commitment to fostering creativity and skill development.
• Experience in organizing and leading extracurricular activities and events.
• Fluency in both English and Indonesian is a plus.
