📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Lead the strategic planning and execution of digital transformation initiatives.
• Drive innovation by identifying and implementing emerging technologies such as AI, IoT, and blockchain.
• Manage and mentor a team of technology experts, fostering a culture of continuous learning and development.
• Collaborate with government agencies, educational institutions, and healthcare providers to integrate technology solutions.
• Monitor and evaluate the performance of technology projects, ensuring they meet business objectives and KPIs.
• Stay abreast of industry trends and best practices, and advocate for the adoption of new technologies.
• Represent the company at industry conferences, forums, and events to showcase our innovative solutions.
• Ensure compliance with relevant regulations and standards in the technology sector.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• Minimum of 10 years of experience in a leadership role within the technology sector.
• Proven track record of successfully leading digital transformation projects.
• Strong understanding of emerging technologies such as AI, IoT, and blockchain.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence and inspire teams.
• Certifications in project management (e.g., PMP) and relevant technology certifications (e.g., AWS, Cisco) are a plus.
• Proficiency in using project management tools such as Jira, Trello, and Asana.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
