In this role, you will be responsible for maintaining and updating patient records, ensuring all documentation is accurate and up-to-date. You will also be involved in researching and implementing new healthcare documentation systems and tools. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan
- Maintain and update patient records, ensuring accuracy and compliance with healthcare regulations.
- Assist in the implementation and maintenance of electronic health record (EHR) systems such as Epic, Cerner, or Allscripts.
- Conduct research on new healthcare documentation systems and tools, providing recommendations for implementation.
- Collaborate with healthcare professionals to ensure all documentation is accurate and up-to-date.
- Provide training and support to staff on the use of healthcare documentation systems and tools.
- Monitor and report on the efficiency and effectiveness of healthcare documentation processes.
- Ensure all documentation is in compliance with relevant healthcare regulations and standards.
- Participate in quality improvement initiatives to enhance the efficiency and accuracy of healthcare documentation.
🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat
- Bachelor's degree in Healthcare Administration, Medical Records, or a related field.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in healthcare documentation or a related field.
- Certification in Medical Records or Healthcare Documentation (e.g., RHIA, CMR, or CPC).
- Strong understanding of medical terminology and healthcare regulations.
- Proficient in the use of EHR systems such as Epic, Cerner, or Allscripts.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work well in a team and under pressure.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to maintaining accuracy and compliance.
