📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan
- Build and maintain strong relationships with automotive dealer partners and customers
- Provide exceptional customer service and support
- Drive sales growth for insurance products
- Manage customer claims and ensure timely resolution
- Ensure compliance with industry regulations and company policies
- Attend dealer meetings and industry events
- Provide regular reports and updates to management
- Participate in team meetings and training sessions
🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field
- Minimum 3 years of experience in sales or account management, preferably in the insurance industry
- Strong understanding of automotive insurance products and market trends
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficiency in using Microsoft Office Suite and Salesforce
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
- Fluency in Bahasa Indonesia and English
