📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Assist in the supervision of production activities to ensure efficiency and quality.,Monitor production schedules and ensure timely completion of tasks.,Conduct regular inspections of production lines to identify and address any issues.,Coordinate with team members to ensure effective communication and collaboration.,Maintain accurate records of production data and report to the Production Supervisor.,Assist in the implementation of safety protocols and ensure compliance with safety regulations.,Participate in continuous improvement initiatives to enhance production processes.,Support the Production Supervisor in training and developing junior staff.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Production Management, Industrial Engineering, or related field.,Minimum of 2 years of experience in a similar role within the manufacturing or production industry.,Strong understanding of production processes and quality control standards.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Proficiency in using production management software and tools.,Familiarity with safety regulations and procedures.,Willingness to learn and adapt to new processes and technologies.
