📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Assist the Store Manager in managing daily store operations,Oversee inventory management and ensure stock levels are adequate,Train and develop store staff to enhance performance,Monitor sales performance and implement strategies to improve,Handle customer complaints and ensure high levels of customer satisfaction,Assist in the preparation and presentation of weekly and monthly reports,Conduct regular store audits to ensure compliance with company policies and procedures,Participate in store promotions and events to drive sales

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Retail Management, or a related field,Minimum of 2 years of experience in retail management or a similar role,Strong knowledge of retail operations and sales strategies,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines,Proficient in using Microsoft Office Suite,Familiarity with retail management software is a plus,Knowledge of local market trends and consumer behavior is an advantage
