• Lead and manage the implementation of significant changes in AML operations, ensuring minimal disruption and maximum efficiency.
• Develop and execute change management strategies to integrate new processes, technologies, and systems.
• Work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration of changes in AML operations.
• Monitor and report on the progress of change initiatives, providing regular updates to stakeholders.
• Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and industry best practices in AML operations.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including regulatory bodies and internal teams.
• Provide guidance and support to team members to ensure successful implementation of change initiatives.
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends and developments in AML operations and change management.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Banking, or a related field.
• 10+ years of experience in AML operations and change management.
• Proven track record of leading and managing complex change initiatives in AML operations.
• Strong knowledge of AML regulations, policies, and procedures.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
• Proficiency in English, both written and spoken.
• Knowledge of change management methodologies and tools, such as ASK, Kotter's 8-Step Process, or ADKAR.
