As the Branch Manager, you will play a crucial role in driving the success of our branch by ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction, operational efficiency, and team performance.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Tanggung Jawab:

  • Manage and supervise the daily operations of the branch, ensuring high levels of efficiency and productivity.
  • Lead and mentor a team of staff, providing guidance and support to help them achieve their goals.
  • Develop and implement strategies to improve customer satisfaction and loyalty.
  • Oversee the financial performance of the branch, including budgeting, forecasting, and reporting.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and regulations.
  • Manage inventory and procurement to ensure adequate supplies and materials are available.
  • Develop and maintain positive relationships with customers, suppliers, and other stakeholders.
  • Participate in training and development programs for staff to enhance their skills and knowledge.

    Kualifikasi:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in a management role, preferably in a similar industry.
  • Proven track record of managing teams and operations effectively.
  • Strong leadership and communication skills.
  • Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
  • Knowledge of financial management and reporting.
  • Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.
  • Fluent in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
