📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Assist the Head Pastry Chef in preparing and baking a variety of pastries and desserts.,Ensure the quality and consistency of pastries and desserts.,Maintain and clean the kitchen equipment and tools.,Prepare and maintain inventory of ingredients and supplies.,Assist in training and mentoring junior staff.,Participate in team meetings and brainstorming sessions.,Follow all health and safety regulations in the kitchen.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Minimum 2 years of experience as a Pastry Chef or similar role.,Diploma or degree in Culinary Arts or related field.,Proven experience in baking and pastry making.,Knowledge of local and international pastry trends.,Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.,Excellent communication and teamwork skills.,Fluency in Indonesian and English is a plus.
