📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Design and implement engineering solutions for site improvements and maintenance.,Oversee construction and maintenance projects, ensuring they are completed on time and within budget.,Conduct regular site inspections to identify and address issues promptly.,Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement engineering strategies.,Ensure compliance with safety regulations and standards.,Provide technical support and guidance to site personnel.,Manage and maintain site documentation and records.,Participate in continuous improvement initiatives to enhance site performance.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Engineering or related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in site engineering or a similar role.,Proven track record of successfully managing engineering projects.,Strong knowledge of engineering principles and practices.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Proficiency in using engineering software and tools.,Valid driver's license and a reliable vehicle for site visits.,Ability to work well in a team and independently.
