📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee daily warehouse operations, including inventory management, receiving, storage, and shipping.,Ensure compliance with all safety regulations and company policies.,Manage and train warehouse staff, fostering a productive and safe work environment.,Optimize warehouse processes to improve efficiency and reduce costs.,Coordinate with other departments to ensure smooth logistics operations.,Maintain accurate and up-to-date inventory records.,Handle and resolve any warehouse-related issues or conflicts.,Participate in regular meetings and provide updates on warehouse operations.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in a warehouse management role.,Strong knowledge of warehouse management software and systems.,Excellent communication and leadership skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Familiarity with Indonesian labor laws and regulations.,Experience in a hybrid work environment is a plus.,Fluent in both English and Indonesian.
