📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Lead and mentor a team of backend developers, ensuring they meet project goals and deadlines.,Design, develop, and maintain scalable and efficient backend systems and services.,Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define, design, and ship new features.,Optimize applications for maximum speed and scalability.,Ensure the performance, quality, and reliability of applications.,Participate in code reviews and provide constructive feedback to other developers.,Stay up-to-date with emerging technologies and industry trends.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field.,5+ years of experience in backend development.,Strong knowledge of backend technologies such as Node.js, Python, or Java.,Experience with database design and management (SQL and NoSQL).,Understanding of cloud platforms and services (AWS, Azure, GCP).,Experience with CI/CD pipelines and DevOps practices.,Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.,Strong communication and leadership skills.
