📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Manage and supervise cashier staff to ensure efficient and accurate cash handling.,Ensure all financial transactions are processed accurately and promptly.,Provide excellent customer service to enhance customer satisfaction.,Monitor cash levels and inventory to prevent shortages or excesses.,Train and develop cashier staff to improve their performance.,Handle customer complaints and resolve issues professionally.,Prepare and maintain accurate financial reports.,Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Minimum 3 years of experience as a Cashier or similar role.,Proven track record in cash handling and customer service.,Strong leadership and team management skills.,Familiarity with accounting software and financial systems.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.,High school diploma or equivalent.,Knowledge of Bahasa Indonesia and English is a plus.
