📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Tanggung Jawab:

• Oversee and manage all laboratory operations, ensuring accuracy and efficiency in test and analysis procedures.
• Develop and implement standard operating procedures (SOPs) for laboratory processes.
• Mentor and train junior lab technicians, fostering a culture of continuous learning and improvement.
• Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations, guidelines, and standards.
• Conduct quality control checks to ensure the accuracy and reliability of test results.
• Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless integration of laboratory services.
• Participate in continuous improvement initiatives to enhance laboratory performance.
• Maintain and calibrate laboratory equipment to ensure optimal performance.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Kualifikasi:

• Bachelor's degree in Laboratory Science, Chemistry, Biology, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in a similar role, preferably in a high-volume laboratory environment.
• Strong knowledge of laboratory techniques, equipment, and safety protocols.
• Excellent leadership and mentoring skills.
• Proven track record of ensuring quality and accuracy in laboratory processes.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Familiarity with relevant regulations and standards is a plus.
