📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Manage and supervise a team of shop assistants to ensure smooth retail operations.,Oversee inventory management, including stock levels, ordering, and restocking.,Provide excellent customer service and handle customer inquiries and complaints.,Drive sales targets and implement effective sales strategies.,Train and develop team members to enhance their performance and skills.,Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.,Manage store layout and merchandising to maximize sales and customer engagement.,Conduct regular performance reviews and provide constructive feedback.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Minimum of 3 years of experience in a retail or shop assistant role, preferably in a leadership position.,Strong leadership and team management skills.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Proficient in using retail management software and POS systems.,Knowledge of inventory management and sales strategies.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills.,Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Retail Management, or a related field is a plus.
