📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Lead and supervise a team of tellers to ensure high-quality customer service.,Manage and maintain cash handling procedures to ensure accuracy and security.,Train and develop team members to enhance their skills and performance.,Monitor and report on team performance to identify areas for improvement.,Handle customer complaints and resolve issues professionally and efficiently.,Ensure compliance with banking regulations and internal policies.,Participate in branch meetings and contribute to the overall strategic planning of the branch.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Banking, or a related field.,Minimum of 3 years of experience in a similar role in the banking industry.,Strong leadership and team management skills.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Proficiency in English and Bahasa Indonesia.,Knowledge of banking regulations and internal policies.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
