📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Develop and implement retail growth strategies to increase sales and market share.,Identify and pursue new business opportunities through market research and analysis.,Manage and oversee retail operations, including inventory, pricing, and promotions.,Build and maintain strong relationships with key retail partners and stakeholders.,Monitor retail performance metrics and provide regular reports to management.,Conduct market analysis and competitor benchmarking to identify trends and opportunities.,Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive business growth and innovation.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.,Minimum of 3 years of experience in retail growth and business development.,Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving business growth.,Strong understanding of retail operations and market trends.,Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.,Proficiency in using Microsoft Office and other relevant business software.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
