📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve monthly and annual targets.,Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and business partners.,Conduct market research and analyze sales data to identify opportunities and trends.,Manage a team of sales representatives and provide coaching and mentoring.,Collaborate with marketing and other departments to promote products and services.,Attend trade shows, exhibitions, and industry events to network and generate leads.,Monitor and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) to ensure sales targets are met.,Stay up-to-date with industry trends, competitors, and market conditions.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in sales management, preferably in the commercial vehicle industry.,Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets.,Strong negotiation and communication skills.,Excellent organizational and time management skills.,Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia.,Knowledge of the Indonesian market and commercial vehicle industry is a plus.,Valid driver's license and a reliable vehicle for business use.
