📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Manage and maintain the company's financial records, ensuring accuracy and compliance with accounting standards.,Prepare and review financial statements, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements.,Conduct financial analysis to provide insights and support business decision-making.,Ensure timely and accurate payment of invoices and management of accounts payable.,Oversee the collection of receivables and management of accounts receivable.,Assist in the preparation of tax returns and ensure compliance with tax regulations.,Provide guidance and support to junior accountants and finance team members.,Participate in budgeting and forecasting activities to support the company's financial planning.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in accounting, with at least 2 years in a senior or managerial role.,Strong knowledge of accounting principles, GAAP, and Indonesian GAAP.,Proficiency in using accounting software, such as SAP, Oracle, or QuickBooks.,Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.,Strong communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work independently and as part of a team.,Familiarity with tax regulations and compliance requirements.
