As a Luxury Hospitality Service Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the maintenance and upkeep of our hotel facilities, ensuring that all systems are running smoothly and efficiently. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee the maintenance and upkeep of hotel facilities, including electrical, plumbing, HVAC, and other engineering systems.,Coordinate with engineering vendors and contractors to ensure timely and efficient completion of maintenance tasks.,Monitor and maintain the hotel's safety and security systems, including fire alarms, CCTV, and access control.,Ensure compliance with all local regulations and industry standards for engineering and maintenance.,Develop and implement maintenance schedules and procedures to minimize downtime and maximize efficiency.,Provide technical support to hotel staff and guests as needed.,Conduct regular inspections and audits of engineering systems to identify and address any issues.,Work closely with the hotel management team to ensure that engineering needs are aligned with overall hotel operations and guest experience goals.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Technical Management, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in a similar role in the hospitality industry, preferably in a luxury hotel setting.,Strong knowledge of engineering principles and practices, including electrical, plumbing, HVAC, and other related systems.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with a diverse team.,Proficient in using engineering software and tools, such as AutoCAD, Revit, or other relevant programs.,Familiarity with local regulations and industry standards for engineering and maintenance in Bali is a plus.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills.
