Manage and optimize recruitment processes using SmartRecruiters,Work closely with clients to understand their needs and deliver effective recruitment solutions,Source and attract top talent for our clients,Screen and assess candidates to ensure they meet the job requirements,Coordinate with hiring managers to schedule interviews and provide feedback,Track and report on recruitment metrics and KPIs,Stay up-to-date with the latest recruitment trends and best practices,Provide training and support to our clients on the use of SmartRecruiters

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field,Proven experience as a Recruitment Consultant or similar role,In-depth knowledge of SmartRecruiters and other recruitment software,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills,Strong organizational and time management skills,Ability to work independently and as part of a team,Fluency in English, both written and spoken,Understanding of local labor laws and regulations in Bali is a plus
