📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Tanggung Jawab:

  • Design and develop training programs and materials that meet the needs of our employees.
  • Conduct training sessions and workshops to enhance the skills and knowledge of our team.
  • Evaluate the effectiveness of training programs and make necessary improvements.
  • Collaborate with department heads to identify training needs and objectives.
  • Provide ongoing support and guidance to employees throughout the training process.
  • Stay updated with the latest trends and best practices in training and development.
  • Assist in the recruitment and selection process by identifying and developing potential talent.
  • Monitor and report on the progress and outcomes of training initiatives.

    • 🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

    Kualifikasi:

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Education, Psychology, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in training and development, preferably in a corporate or organizational setting.
  • Strong knowledge of training methodologies, assessment tools, and learning technologies.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Fluency in Indonesian and English is a plus.
  • Proven track record of successful training program implementation.
  • Certification in training and development is a plus.
