📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee daily warehouse operations, including receiving, storing, picking, packing, and shipping of goods.,Ensure the accuracy and efficiency of inventory management systems.,Coordinate with suppliers, customers, and internal teams to facilitate smooth logistics operations.,Implement and maintain safety protocols and procedures in the warehouse.,Monitor and maintain warehouse equipment and facilities.,Conduct regular audits to ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.,Provide training and support to warehouse staff to ensure high performance.,Work with management to develop and implement warehouse improvement initiatives.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Logistics, or related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in warehouse management or a similar role.,Strong knowledge of inventory management systems and software.,Proven track record of managing warehouse operations and improving efficiency.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Familiarity with safety regulations and procedures.,Experience with forklift operation and other warehouse equipment.
