Daily, you'll handle a variety of legal tasks, from drafting and reviewing documents to advising on regulatory matters and representing clients in court.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Provide comprehensive legal advice and support to clients on IPO-related matters, ensuring compliance with Indonesian securities laws and regulations.
Draft and review legal documents, including prospectuses, offering memoranda, and regulatory filings.
Advise on and coordinate regulatory filings and disclosures with the Financial Services Authority (OJK) and other relevant authorities.
Conduct due diligence on potential issuers, including their financial statements, corporate governance, and compliance history.
Assist in the preparation and negotiation of legal agreements, including underwriting agreements and share purchase agreements.
Represent clients in legal proceedings and regulatory matters, as needed.
Stay up-to-date with developments in capital markets and securities law, and provide training and mentorship to junior legal professionals.
Collaborate with a diverse team of legal professionals, including associates, partners, and external counsel, to deliver high-quality legal services to clients.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

A law degree from an accredited institution, with a minimum of 5 years of experience in capital markets and securities law.
Professional certification in securities law, such as the Certified Securities Legal Advisor (CSLA) or equivalent.
In-depth knowledge of Indonesian securities laws and regulations, including the Securities Services Business Law (UU Pasar Modal) and its implementing regulations.
Experience in advising on and coordinating regulatory filings and disclosures with the OJK and other relevant authorities.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to handle complex legal issues and provide practical solutions.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with clients, colleagues, and external stakeholders.
Proficiency in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
Familiarity with legal research tools and software, such as Westlaw, LexisNexis, and Bloomberg Law.
