📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Perform routine maintenance and repairs on machinery and equipment.
• Calibrate and adjust machinery to ensure optimal performance.
• Troubleshoot mechanical issues and implement solutions.
• Conduct preventive maintenance to minimize downtime and maximize productivity.
• Use CAD software and CNC machines to support engineering projects.
• Collaborate with the engineering team to improve and upgrade machinery.
• Ensure all work is carried out in accordance with safety regulations and quality standards.
• Maintain detailed records of all maintenance activities and machinery performance.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Diploma or degree in Mechanical Engineering, Mechanical Technology, or related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in mechanical maintenance and repair.
• Familiarity with CAD software (e.g., AutoCAD, SolidWorks) and CNC machines.
• Knowledge of precision measuring instruments and tools.
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
• Good communication skills in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
• Experience in a manufacturing or lithography environment is a plus.
