📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Design and deliver engaging online public speaking courses using platforms like Zoom and Microsoft Teams
• Develop and implement curriculum that aligns with industry standards and client needs
• Conduct one-on-one coaching sessions to help participants improve their speaking skills
• Provide constructive feedback and guidance to participants throughout their learning journey
• Stay updated with the latest trends and best practices in public speaking and communication
• Collaborate with the SpeakMaster Indonesia team to continuously improve our training programs
• Participate in team meetings and contribute to the development of new training initiatives
• Ensure all training sessions are conducted in accordance with company policies and procedures

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Communication, Education, or a related field
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in public speaking or communication training
• Certification in public speaking or a related field is a plus
• Proven track record of designing and delivering effective online training programs
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong organizational and time management skills
• Familiarity with online teaching platforms such as Zoom, Microsoft Teams, and Google Classroom
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
