Your daily tasks will include cleaning and maintaining guest rooms, public areas, and amenities. You will work closely with the housekeeping supervisor to ensure that all tasks are completed efficiently and to the highest standards. This role is perfect for individuals who are passionate about hospitality, have a keen eye for detail, and enjoy working in a fast-paced environment.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Perform daily cleaning of guest rooms, public areas, and amenities, including vacuuming, dusting, and restocking supplies.
• Inspect rooms for damage or maintenance issues and report them to the housekeeping supervisor.
• Maintain a clean and organized workspace, including stocking and organizing linens, towels, and other supplies.
• Assist with special requests and events, such as preparing rooms for weddings or other special occasions.
• Follow and enforce housekeeping protocols and safety procedures.
• Collaborate with the housekeeping supervisor to ensure all tasks are completed efficiently and to the highest standards.
• Participate in regular training and development opportunities to enhance your skills and knowledge.
• Adhere to the resort's sustainability initiatives, such as using eco-friendly cleaning products and conserving water and energy.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Minimum 1 year of experience in housekeeping or a related field.
• Strong attention to detail and a commitment to maintaining high standards of cleanliness.
• Ability to work efficiently and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Familiarity with housekeeping software and tools, such as Housekeeping Management Systems (HMS).
• Ability to lift and move heavy items up to 20 kg.
• Flexible and reliable, with the ability to work varying shifts, including weekends and holidays.
• Passion for hospitality and a desire to provide exceptional guest service.
