📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Prepare and maintain accurate financial records and ledgers.
• Assist in the preparation of financial statements, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements.
• Process payroll and ensure compliance with local regulations.
• Support the finance team in the preparation of monthly, quarterly, and annual reports.
• Assist in the reconciliation of bank statements and accounts.
• Perform data entry and analysis using accounting software such as QuickBooks or SAP.
• Assist in the preparation of budgets and forecasts.
• Support the finance team in the preparation of tax returns and filings.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
• 1-3 years of experience in accounting or a related field.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
• Knowledge of accounting software such as QuickBooks or SAP is a plus.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.
• Familiarity with Indonesian GAAP and international accounting standards is a plus.
