📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Manage and coordinate the logistics of cargo shipments, including booking, scheduling, and tracking.

• Utilize logistics software such as SAP and Sea-Intelligence to streamline operations and improve efficiency.
• Stay updated with industry trends and best practices to drive continuous improvement in our logistics processes.
• Conduct regular performance reviews and provide feedback to team members to ensure high standards of service.
• Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and safety standards in maritime logistics.
• Represent Pelayaran Nusantara Lines at industry events and conferences to build relationships and promote our services.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Marine Transportation, Logistics, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in maritime logistics, with a strong background in cargo operations and supply chain management.
• Proven track record of managing and coordinating complex logistics operations.
• Proficiency in English, both written and spoken.
• Knowledge of logistics software such as SAP and Sea-Intelligence is a plus.
• Valid Marine Logistics Certification (MLC) is preferred.
