As a Minimarket Cashier & Store Attendant, you will handle transactions, manage inventory, and assist customers with their purchases. You will work with our point-of-sale system, including tools like SAP Retail or Oracle Retail, to ensure accurate and efficient transactions. Daily tasks include stocking shelves, assisting customers, and maintaining a clean and organized store. This role offers a dynamic work environment with opportunities for growth and development within our retail operations.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Handle cash transactions and manage sales at the point-of-sale (POS) system, ensuring accuracy and efficiency.
• Assist customers with product inquiries, purchases, and returns, providing excellent customer service.
• Maintain a well-organized and clean store environment, including stocking shelves, managing inventory, and ensuring product displays are attractive and appealing.
• Work with our inventory management system to track stock levels and reorder products as needed.
• Follow safety protocols and maintain a clean and safe working environment.
• Assist with daily store operations, including opening and closing procedures, and ensuring compliance with store policies and procedures.
• Collaborate with the team to achieve daily and monthly sales targets.
• Participate in training and development opportunities to enhance skills and knowledge in retail operations.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Minimum of 1 year of experience in a retail or cashier role, preferably in a minimarket or grocery store.
• Strong communication skills and the ability to work well with customers and team members.
• Basic knowledge of retail operations, including inventory management and point-of-sale systems.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
• Good organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Familiarity with basic computer skills and experience using POS systems.
